Backwater
Idle backwater
The rush of life flies by
Wanting something but
Wanting solace more
Wallpaper memories
Grey dismal evenings
Silence or mellow radio
Rained on chips
Ketchup stained table-cloth
I can taste the tea
And hear the winter-howl
Out through cry
…

It's one thing to be able to
'download the odd video from youtube' - we know you can bypass the "security" and get the "Download mp4" button up on all videoplay - but recently noticed services like
NOWDOWNLOADALL -
allowing you to download the whole channel in one chunk - meaning you can watch them all never rate, comment or return and possibly never show up on counts. All you do is join and download. Note every shared Channel…

NO MORE HOMELESS PETS...
So I was on my way to the College because I have been taking some fitness classes… because it’s basically a lot cheaper to go to that gym at the college… than to join one around the house….I do this because about three years ago…I realized that I had been trying to kill myself…or living like it for 30 years…drugs, alcohol, depression, delusions of grandeur… you name it… I was on a mission to become a stain somewhere…
anyway… I have since lost about 100lbs… and am stron…

Since Halloween is coming up, today's local paper suggested a Halloween-trip in Europe to visit some famous creepy places. One of them, which made me think of one of our AAC-members, was the former recidence of Dracula. The castle up in the mountains of Transsylvania is actually called "BRAN" !
If you want to take a tour, and read more about Bran, I found this website for you:

First of all a big thanks to my YouTube friends Sonya and Shuie for singing harmony vocals on the chorus and for producing the audio. They have some super music posted on their misspopanoche YouTube channel.
This is a song originally written in 1982 and at that time with different music and chorus. In March 2007 I decided to revive these lyrics and add a verse and change the chorus. I had new music and these lyrics worked well with the new music. The s

Well, my friends as a Beatles fan forever, i am impressed by the current of products being presented to the public at this time and which will be presented throughout the rest of the year. I thought i might start a thread about it and see if anyone would like to write about it, track the progress of, and philosophize about it.
Not knowing where to start, and not wanting to feel that i am advertising something... though i am having a bit of a conundrum sorting this issue out in my head (and henc…

Perception is a funny thing, to be sure.
I remember playing a PlayStation game called
"Simpson's Road Rage" once for about three hours straight through, and while it was
FUN!....while driving home I noticed my inclination to driving
too fast.
Perception.
" I'm not in the game anymore," I kept having to tell myself.
Or, the three cats all in a Crab-Apple tree one Summer. These three cats all yowling at each other (and just outside the window…

Sitting Here Thinking
Sitting here toasted just thinking about life
my minds far away from my pain and the strife
There's been many changes but I welcome them all
I've stumbled many times but seldom do I fall
Sitting here buzzing I know everything's alright
don't have any sorrows and todays a delite
yes things will get better as they always do
till then I'll just toke up you know this is true....

Grey Hair
Does getting grey bother me or make me feel old?
Not one bit my friend it's made me more bold.
I longed for a life time to be a grey hair.
Being the younger one never seemed very fair.
I am proud of the fact I have survived for this long.
Through all the ups and downs I've managed to stay strong.
Been places and done things experienced by only a few.
Of course I have regrets but I look forward to what's new.
So does the grey hair bother me or make me feel old?
Heck I lo…

Fooled Them All
Dead or in prison before twenty one
is what they always said of me
Now here I am at fifty four
still alive and always free
Yes I was a wild child friend
no wonder that's what they thought
I was sure myself that
a young death I had bought
I fooled them all in the long run
for I'm still here and living free
Myself included I never would have thought
I'd live this age to be
Yes dead or in prison before twenty one
was how all thought I'd end
But I fooled t…
